During October, Thokozani Mpanza, a Grade 9 learner at Union High School, captained the Sarah Baartman Districtโs u/15 rugby team during a #sevensย tournament hosted in East London.
Thokozani enjoyed a very successful tournament and was subsequently selected for the Eastern Province u/15 sevens rugby team that will travel to Johannesburg in December 2021 to participate in the Summer Games.
