Staff

The staff of Union High School is very caring, going far beyond the call of duty to provide the learners with the best possible opportunities that a school can offer, and they do it willingly.  This makes for a very special bond between staff and learners, adding to the team spirit and family atmosphere that prevails at the school and in the boarding houses.  This is more than a school and it is not unusual to find teachers devoting the greater part of their working lives to this school.  It's not an easy place to leave.  The staff's enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment to duty has an immediate positive effect on any new educators who join the school.  At UHS we work with children, not against them and that is what makes the staff so very special.
