Interschools Results – Senior Tennis

Union High Schoolโ€™s senior tennis players enjoyed ๐—ฎ ๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜€ today, showing skill, determination and true team spirit.

Our 1st and 2nd mixed doubles both claimed impressive 5-1 victories, while the 1st girls and 2nd girls shone with flawless 9-0 wins.

The 2nd boys edged out a nail-biting 5-4 triumph and although the 1st boys went down 2-7, they put up a great fight!

Interschools Results – Quiz & Speakers

The Interschools ๐—–๐—จ๐—Ÿ๐—ง๐—จ๐—ฅ๐—”๐—Ÿ ๐—˜๐—ฉ๐—˜๐—ก๐—œ๐—ก๐—š was held tonight โ€“ to our mind, always one of the true highlights of the week.

We extend heartfelt congratulations to Unionโ€™s ๐—ค๐—จ๐—œ๐—ญ ๐—ง๐—˜๐—”๐—  (Muhammad Ahmed, Tara Ferreira, Josh Arends and Trystan Hulleman) on winning their section, as well as to the excellent senior Volkskool speakers on their triumph.

A special mention also goes to Unionโ€™s ๐—๐—จ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ข๐—ฅ ๐—ฆ๐—ฃ๐—˜๐—”๐—ž๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—ฆ (Rachel Wenham & Chante Bezuidenhout) who impressed with their eloquence and secured the win in their category.
