As a part of their π©π’πππ§ππ’π‘ππ ππ¨ππππ‘ππ, Union High School, Graaff-Reinet’s Grade 12s were treated to an interesting demonstration by Rinette Enslin, the executive chef and owner of the Bloemfontein-based Olive Chef School.
The art of fine dining was beautifully demonstrated and the learners’ eyes opened to the stressful – but rewarding – career of cheffing.
