Learners Excel in Music Examination

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹

Congratulations to senior music students, 𝗧𝗮𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗱 (Grade 8 ), 𝗦𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲 (Grade 9) and Melissa Naudé (Grade 8) who successfully passed their recent Rockschool Practical Examinations with assurance!

Sasha played a Classical Rockschool Grade 4 Examination and achieved 80% (Merit). For this examination, she performed sixteen Technical Exercises (with legato feel), one Stylistic Study and three Performance Pieces presented as a continuous program.

𝘈 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘊𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴, 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘤 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘲𝘶𝘦, 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘙𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘰𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 20𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 21𝘴𝘵 𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘺.

Taegen played a Contemporary Rockschool Grade 3 Graded Certificate Examination and achieved 94% (Distinction). For this examination, she performed twenty Technical Exercises (with swing & straight feel), two Chord Voicing Exercises and three Performance Pieces presented as a continuous program.

𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮 played the Grade 2 Performance Certificate Examination and achieved 86% (Merit).

For this examination, she performed five Performance Pieces presented as a continuous programme.
