We would like to extend our 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗙𝗘𝗟𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗦 to Dr. Bernardt Beukes and the team at Dentists at Health – Graaff-Reinet for generously sponsoring Union High School’s 2026 1st rugby squad with custom-fitted mouthguards.
A 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲, not only for protecting teeth but also in helping to reduce the risk of concussions. The value of this contribution, however, goes beyond the physical protection the mouthguards provide. It gives our boys the confidence to play hard, knowing that their wellbeing is being looked after by a professional team who cares about them.
