Union High School proudly hosted the 2026 𝗝𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦 𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗦 meet yesterday afternoon, welcoming Volkskool for a good old-fashioned afternoon of school sport.
Our sports grounds were filled with excited young athletes, lined up to compete and giving their best in every race and event, while families and friends cheered them on from the sidelines.
𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵, with Union ending the day with a total of 659 points, just behind Volkskool’s 699. 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘝𝘰𝘭𝘬𝘴𝘬𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦, 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘫𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵.
