Union High School is pleased to congratulate Grade 5 learner 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, who represented Union at the EP Classic Mixed Martial Arts Competition, held at the Uitenhage Sports Centre on 26 and 27 September.
𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 – MMA Light, Continuous Fighting, Points Fighting, No-Gi Submission Grappling and the High Kick Challenge – earning gold by exhibition in MMA Light and No-Gi Grappling, as well as silver in Points Fighting and Continuous Fighting.
