Five Union High School, Graaff-Reinet boys spent part of their school holiday doing what they enjoy most – playing cricket.
𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲, 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗲 represented the Centurions at the U14 EPL Tournament, while 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗵 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 played for the Pelicans.
In the U13 competition, 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘆 also turned out for the Centurions.
The tournament ran from 29 September to 2 October and gave the boys a few good days of cricket, the chance to play alongside different teammates and plenty of time out in the middle.
